RETURNS INFORMATION

Items incorrectly ordered by customer:
If you receive items which you have ordered incorrectly and do not wish to keep, these will need to be returned to us within 14 days. They must be returned unopened in their original packaging, complete with instructions and all additional items or accessories in an unused and re-saleable condition. In this instance, please contact us before returning items so that we can issue a returns number which should be clearly written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your returns. Items should be returned using a secure method that requires a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the cost of the item through Worldpay. We are not able to refund any postage or delivery charge in an instance where goods were ordered incorrectly. Items returned to us without a returns number may result in a refund being delayed.

Items received damaged:
If you receive items in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return these to us within 7 days. They must be returned with their original packaging, complete with instructions and all additional items or accessories. You will need to contact us for a returns number which should be clearly written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your parcel. Items should be returned using a secure method requiring a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the damaged items, we will refund in full
